How do I obtain a Certificate of Insurance or add an Additional Insured to my policy?

Certificates of Liability Insurance are part of purchasing a DJ, KJ or VJ liability policy, with RVNA’s online advantage. Additional Insureds can be added at the time of purchase or later. If you don’t know the exact wording at the time of purchase, sign in anytime to RVNA’s online policy management system to obtain a Certificate of Insurance, customize the Certificate Holder Name and include Additional Insured Required Wording, free of charge.

With RVNA’s online advantage, it’s easy to obtain a Certificate of Liability, required by most event sites. Just sign in to RVNA’s online policy management system, select your policy, and click “Complete Application” or “Add Certificate Holder.” On the next screen, enter the Certificate Holder Name and Wording. When you click “Finish,” you can print the Certificate of Insurance and the AI Endorsement instantly. The documents will list the facility’s information in the certificate holder box.
